I'd just like to send a note of thanks and appreciation.  I was thoroughly impressed with the bedside manner today at my daughter's appointment.  I know her first visit two years ago was hard for her and I wasn't sure how today was going to go.  Your team was amazing and, while I wanted to be there in the room, I think that she would have been fine with me sitting in the waiting room.  I just can't express how impressed I am with Leah and Dr. Ryan.  I'm not sure who greeted us (by name, no less) when we walked in, but they were extremely welcoming, too.

Honestly, I'm blown away.  It was a very positive experience and I'll have no problem referring parents with young children to Horizon.

This dentist office is a friendly environment.  I am treated as a friend by the hygienist, who has been cleaning our family's teeth for years.  Dr. Ryan makes us all feel comfortable, too.  My teenage son enjoys a fun, joking facebook relationship with him.  He has supported my family in personal ways as well, which I find is going above and beyond the normal role of a family dentist.  I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist. My family has been coming to this practice for 27 years and we have always been completely satisfied."
